Student exhibition- art shows
- Theme: Giant Artwork Exchange- every student brought another student’s artwork home.
- Theme: Everything is interconnected- Lindon school Organism
- Theme: Seeing Potential – Fashion design project; recycled materials; students wore the artwork to the show so that they were part of the artwork.
Ideas
- Think about whole school projects, mapping out different floors and sections to display students’ art projects by grade.
- Cover ugly walls with large black rolls of paper to give a nice backdrop for students’ work.
- Integrate other curriculums – cross curriculum
- Ideas– Use vacuum sealer to vacuum seal objects for display – produces cool effect. Use poles to create street stands and hang student works at each pole
